The Kaweco Brass Sport Fountain Pen is a tank of a pen and can be trusted with its simple construction and design.

Although you have to use a proprietary “mini” converter by Kaweco, this won’t stop it from being a trusted companion in anyones duties.

The all brass construction gives the pen an old world feel to it and the weight of the brass just adds to the allure of this pen.

For some this is the defacto travel fountain pen. It can fit in your pocket or any carrying system and will not be intrusive. Because it’s construction is made of raw brass, it will develop a patina over time. For some, that adds character to their pen, however, for others it might not be an appealing aesthetic. The good news is that you can polish the brass pen and make its surface shiny again like you just received the pen.

There isn’t much that can go wrong with this fountain pen. This is a low maintenance pen and if for whatever reason in your travels the pen gets damaged, each piece can be replaced while still keeping your original pen.
